Finish samples are presented only as representative of color or graining and not as exact matches. Our metals are formulated, hand-cast and finished in our factory. Environmental changes during the formulation, casting and hand finishing process can result in minor natural pitting and slight variations between finishes. In addition, the sheen and texture of metal changes depending on the application - for instance, rounded surfaces tend to display a higher degree of sheen than flat surfaces using the same finish. Finish samples are only presented as representative of color or texture and not as exact matches – a degree of variation is normal and to be expected. Our Carta finish is a natural material made of organic, hand-pounded bark - due to its hand-made nature, each piece is unique and variation is to be expected between different samples.
